National Coffee Day with Topflight Stamps

Hello coffee lovers! Today is National Coffee Day and so I made a couple of cards to celebrate using some Topflight Stamp supplies and the AALL & Create Hote Drinks set.

I started out using my gel press with PaperArtsy Fresco paints in Taupe, Tundra, Stone and Firebird. I love the worn paper look it produced on my paper.

I then stamped the coffee images from the AALL & Create Hot Drinks set in Nocturn and clear heat embossed them.

I wanted to add a little more texture to my background so used the Katzelkraft Big Script stamp along with the coffee rings from the AALL & Create Caffinated set and the Visible Image Ink Splats.

I used Distress Embossing Glaze in Uncharted Mariner to heat emboss portions of the background and added color to the images with my Stabilo Woody pencils.

I used the sentiments from the Darkroom Door Coffee Time set and did some ink blending with Uncharted Mariner Distress ink on the sentiment and edges of my cards.
