Christmas Poinsettias

I hope you are all doing well. I’m still trying to complete the last couple Christmas cards and send them out before they become New Years card lol. Today is the reminder post for The Flower Challenge! This month the challenge is about adding embellishments which is always fun.

Also check out the rest of the Design Team’s beautiful creations! My card today is using The Ton’s Holiday Love.

I stamped this image twice and white heat embossed it on Bristol Smooth paper.

I then colored it up with Karin Brush Markers. I love how easy it is to blend these markers and the bright colors you get.

Once my background was dry, I stamped the sentiment in Versafine ink and clear heat embossed it. I added a little Antique Linen Distress Ink to blend it in with the yellow in the flowers.

I then added the sentiment to some shiny silver washi tape and placed it on my card.

To finish my card, I added some additional embellishments with these mirrored sequins for a fun, festive look. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful week!. Blessings!
