It’s time for the reminder post for The Flower Challenge and this month its all about:
For my card today I experimented with hot foiling. I’m still learning but had fun with a variety of foils and using the Spellbinders Magnolia Bouquet Plate and Die set.
I decided to use the teal foil with a pattern paper background I had in my stash. I drew a circle with me embossing pen and heat embossed it with Emerald Creek Gold Sparkle.
I then arranged my foil pieces along the circle to make a wreath and added a sentiment from Yana’s Special Sentiments. I wanted additional sparkle so I took my embossing pen and drew marks on my card to emboss.
I finished my sparkly card with a couple of teal gem stones. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful week!

Very mixed media looking and oh so lovely, Ericka. Don’t you just love the look of hot foil?
