Today I’m playing with the Joy Clair Thankful for You digital sets to create a pretty sunflower card. I love this beautiful sunflower and its perfect for a fall card.
I used Word on my computer to print out the flower and sentiment on Copic friendly paper. I then used Altenew Alcohol markers to color up the sunflower and leaves. I fussy cut out the flower and my sentiment and set them aside to look for a background.
For my background, I used one I had previously made using Dina Wakley Media Spray. These sprays give are acrylic and have a fun mixed media look. I then used foam tape to attach my flower and sentiment to the background. I finished my card with some gold jewel embellishments for a little sparkle.
