Happy Thursday! I’m over at the Topflight Stamps blog playing with some Neenah Metallic Cardstock. This paper is so pretty and has a beautiful shine. I thought I would play with a little ink blending on the paper to see if I could still get the shine from the cardstock to come through.
For the heart card I used the heart stencil from Alexandra Renke with the new Prism Inks in Blue Lagoon, Purple Velvet, and Dusty Rose.
They did a beautiful job blending on this sparkly cardstock and I love how you can still see the shine.
I stamped the sentiment in Versafine ink and clear heat embossd it. To finish the card I added some gems from Hunkydory.
For my second card I used Distress Oxides and a stencil from AALL & Create.
Again, these inks blended really well on the cardstock and you can still see the shine.
I finished this card the same way with a Katzelkraft sentiment and some more gems. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you get a chance to try out this paper, it gives any project a fun touch of sparkle!
