Visible Image Born to Dance

I love this set from Visible Image and was the perfect card to make for my little one who just had her first dance recital. The ballerina is gorgeous and I love the details of this silhouette image.

I started of by using Shimmerz Vibez Sweet Heart spray on Bristol Smooth paper. If you are unfamiliar with Vibez are intensely colorful and shimmer saturated sprays and so fun to play with. Once the pink layer dried, I used the Fibres stencil and sprayed the Princess Vibez on top.

Once my background was dry, I stamped the dancer image with Versamark ink and heat embossed her with Emerald Creek Kiss the Fairy which is a beautiful pink iridescent look and layered it with Dragon’s Egg embossing powder to bring in some purple.

I added white gel pen around the images to help the image and sentiment stand out a little more. Check out the shine of the Vibez and the embossing powders.

I used some Distress Ink in Picked Raspberry and Dusty Concord around the edges to draw focus on the image. I finished the card with clear sequins and purple cardstock.
