Adventure Begins

Happy Friday! I’m over at the Topflight Stamps blog today with a couple of cards using some backgrounds I had previously made.

I love these awesome sentiments from Katzelkraft and the script is so beautiful.

Here is a closer look at the cards that would almost work for any occasion.

For this card, I used some blue embossing paste with a stencil on some a old manila folder. I cut down the folder to A2 size and the white heat embossed the sentiment on some blue card stock. I used my corner chomper to round the edges and attached the sentiment with foam tape.

For my second card, I used a stencil and some shimmer spray. I used the corner chomper on this one as well and also used foam tape for the sentiment.

For my last card, I had used some acrylic paint with a gel press and an old manila folder. Once everything was dry, I then used a stencil and some embossing paste and let it dry over night. I then took some Distress Ink and blended the colors a little more and attached this sentiment using foam tape.
