Mandala Stencil with Resist Ink

It’s Friday and I’m over at the Topflight Stamp blog with this mandala card I used from Alexandra Renke.

I started out by using a resist pen by Recollections on some old manila folder and traced over the stencil.  I then used the shimmer sprays and some water to ensure full coverage. Here is a short video on how I used the Dylusions Shimmer Sprays.

Once the image was dry, I cut it down to the A2 card size and added some glitter washi tape I had in my stash. I wanted the die cut sentiment to be the same color, so I added the washi to some white cardstock and die cut it with the Reverse Confetti sentiment.

To finish the card I added a couple of sequins.
