Hello crafty friends! 💙 Today I’m sharing my inspiration piece for this month’s creative challenge—an explosion of color, texture, and whimsy featuring the PaperArtsy Kate Crane 003 stamp set and some of my favorite Lindy’s Gang Magicals.

🎨 Let’s Talk Color
I kicked things off with a magical palette that just makes me happy:
🌿 Bells of Ireland Green
💙 Bachelor Button Blue
💎 Sassy Sapphire
👖 Darcy in Denim
These Magicals are packed with shimmer and pigment—so as soon as water hits the paper, the magic happens! I let the colors dance and blend across my background, creating layers of depth and interest.
🖌️ Stamping Some Whimsy
Once the background dried, I brought in the Kate Crane 003 set. I absolutely love Kate’s quirky, fun designs—they bring instant character and energy to any piece. I stamped the bold image in Versafine Clair Nocturne to make sure it stood out against all the layered color.
A little fussy cutting here, some dimensional adhesive there, and suddenly—this card had life! I added some white gel pen details to make elements pop and drew a wonky border (because perfect is boring, right? 😄) and added some fun snarky sentiments.

This challenge is all about experimentation—layer those colors, let them blend, stamp wildly, and don’t overthink it. That’s where the fun happens!
