Hello crafty friends! Today, I’m sharing a mixed media card that’s all about layering, texture, and vibrant color—without a single stamp in sight!

For this project, I played with my gel press and the amazing PaperArtsy Mattints in The Pink and Squeezed. If you haven’t tried Mattints on a gel plate yet, you’re missing out! They create a slightly transparent, dreamy effect that adds depth to any background.

Once I pulled my print, I couldn’t resist adding more pops of color and texture. The AALL & Create Rub Ons 10 brought playful details, while the Blush Parcels washi tape gave the background extra vibrancy and contrast. To finish, I chose a fun sentiment from the AALL & Create Entertaining Gems set—because every card deserves a touch of whimsy!

I loved stepping away from stamping for this one and letting the layers do the talking. Have you tried making a mixed media card without stamps? Let me know in the comments!

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you have a wonderfully creative weekend!
