Visible Image No Filter

Hello friends! Today I’m so excited to share with you some of the Visible Image new release. Today I am playing with the beautiful No Filter stamp set along with the Off The Grid stencil. I made two cards using similar techniques with a gel press and alcohol inks.

I started by applying alcohol inks to my gel press and using a brayer to spread them on the press. Once it was dry, I applied a thin layer of white acrylic paint to pull the print onto my paper. I love the bright textured and varied look this gives a background.

I stamped and embossed the gorgeous woman from the No Filter set. I then used the Off The Grid stencil with some texture paste and applied it to my background.

I sprinkled embossing powder onto the wet texture paste and then set it aside to dry before I heat embossed the background.

For my first card, I stamped the face a second time on vellum and then attached it to my background over the heat embossed image. I used some alcohol markers to add a little color to her lips ad eyes for a little pop.

On my second card, I heat embossed my image in white and used Stabilo pencils to add some light colors to the image.

I white heat embossed the sentiments and then added a one on vellum as well. I love the artsy look of this image in white.
