Visible Image Poinsettia Grunge

Happy Monday! Today I’m playing with the new Visible Image Christmas release. I love this release and the grunge undertones of all the sets. For my card today, I used the new Poinsettia Grunge along with the Distressed Christmas sets.

I created my card, by first stamping the poinsettia on Copic friendly paper and coloring up. I love this poinsettia especially the script on some of the petals!

I then added some white gel accents to my flower and stamped the Distressed Christmas set around my card and white heat embossed it. I masked off my poinsettia and then did some blue ink blending with Distress Oxides in Salvaged Patina, Blueprint Sketch, Faded Jeans, and Chipped Sapphire.

I also added a little shading around my poinsettia to help it pop. I stamped the sentiment from the Poinsettia Grunge set and white heat embossed it on blue cardstock.

I love this grunge font and how well these two sets go together.
