Visible Image Happy Whatever

Happy Monday! Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and so I thought I’d play with the Visible Image Molly Rules from their new release (pre-order now or available on the 11th). I love Valentine’s but this year it falls on a Monday which isn’t a great day to celebrate especially after a long day of teaching crazy little people lol. This sentiment speaks to me especially on a Monday.

To create my card, I started with a background I had previously made using photo paper and PaperArtsy Infusion watercolor powders. I love the vibrant look the powders make on the photo paper. I used the the Visible Image Seeing Stars Stencil with texture paste I colored with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide.

Once my background was dry, I stamped the heart from the Molly Rules set with Picked Rasberry Distress ink.

I stamped Molly with Black Archival ink and colored her up with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I wanted her hair to be fun and multicolored, so I used the Spectrum Noir Sparkle Glitter Brush pens to add some fun attitude to it.

I used the coordinating die to cut her out and attached her to my background with foam tape. I stamped the sentiment and clear heat embossed it to finish my card.

This is such a fun stamp set to play with and the coordinating die makes it so easy to use Molly on any type of background. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful week!
