Visible Image Butterfly Effect

Happy Monday! I hope you are all doing well. Summer is in full swing at my house which means some time to relax and hopefully read a couple of books. What better way to keep track of my page than to create a bright and pretty bookmark with the Visible Image Butterfly Effect.

To start making my bookmark, I took out a leftover background I had made using Distress Oxides in Kitsch Flamingo and Savage Patina and a brayer. I then added the smaller images in Butterfly Effect stamp in Distress Ink in the same colors. I then added some WOW! Embossing clear powder to add a little diemension.

I stamped the butterflies on Bristol Smooth paper and heat embossed it in WOW! Embossing Carnival which is a pretty dark blue with sparkle. I then used my Zig watercolor pens to watercolor them. Once my image was dry, I cut it out and added it to my tag.

I added the sentiment from the set and added a big pink ribbon I had in my stash.
