For my card today, I’m using one of Alex’s designs called Sweet Gardenia. I love this image and decided to print it out large with lighter lines to do some watercoloring.
I love this gorgeous digital image and the fact that I can make the flower as big or small as I need. For my flower I used Prussian Blue and then used Quinacridone Pink for the background.
Once my image was dry, I stamped the Pinkfresh Sentiment and heat embossed it in gold.
I then used the Altenew Half Tone dies on my panel to add some circles from gold paper.

Hello Ericka: I’m often intimidated by large flowers and admire anyone who can create such beautiful cards with them, and you did just that with this gorgeous card, colored perfectly, with that lovely loose watercolor look and adorned so perfectly and so elegantly with the golden circles.
