Visible Image Total Chaos

Today I’m playing with some products from Visible Image’s new release. My first card is using the Total Chaos set and the Square Route stencil. I love the large flower and can’t wait to use the other stamps in the set as well.

I started off by blending Distress Oxides on Bristol Smooth paper. I used Sea Glass Distress Oxide on the whole panel and then took the Square Route stencil and used Chipped Sapphire and Seedless Grape. I then splatted some water on the panel and lifted some of the ink up.

While my panel was drying, I stamped the flower on another piece of Bristol Smooth paper and heat embossed it with WOW Midnight Dream Embossing Powder. I love the sparkle and shine it give any image. I colored up my flower with Zig Real Color Brush pens and then fussy cut out the image. I stamped and embossed the same image on the panel and then attached my flower with some foam tape.

I added a couple more smaller flowers to the panel as well and heat embossed and colored them as well.

I stamped the sentiment on vellum and heat embossed it with black powder to give it a crisp look and finish my card.

I made one more quick card with the Square Route stencil. My daughter’s friend was having a birthday and he loves Minecraft so I thought this would be a great card for him.

I made this card in a similar way to the previous card. I started out with Bristol Smooth paper and blended Bundled Sage Distress Oxide to the base. Then I took my other green Distress Oxides and blended them in the different squares to make it look like computer game Minecraft. I add the numbers from the Robot Data set and stamped them in various Distress inks around the base.

Once I was done with the background, I stamped the sentiment in Versfine Ink and heat clear heat embossed the whole panel to give it a shine.

To finish my card, I added Nuvo drops for a little fun (including some green glow in the dark).
