PaperArtsy JOFY Flowers

I’m over on the Topflight Stamps blog with a plaque I created using a variety of PaperArtsy products.

First let me apologize, I picked up this PaperArtsy JOFY 92 at Creativation 2020 this January and thought it was in the store. However, it isn’t out just yet, so keep an eye out for the release. To make something similar you could use JOFY 81.

When I attended Creativiation, I had the opportunity to take a PaperArtsy class and incorporated some of the beautiful design elements into my picture along with some other JOFY stamps in the background.

I started out using PaperArtsy Fresco Paint and painting the paper a light Khaki and then stamping some circles in the background with Archival ink. I then added another layer of paint and let it dry.  I stamped the flower elements in my MISTI on a separate sheet of paper and used Cerise and Stone, to color in the flowers. For the orange I used a little paint in my stash and then re stamped the images to get a darker outline. I then fussy cut out the flowers out.

I stamped the leaves and stems on the background and then added some green to brightnen it up.I added a little white gel pen to my designs and adhered the flowers to the background with foam tape.

I added some lines with a black marker and some newsprint along then edge. For the finish, I added some Gold paint splatters. I attached the base to black cardstock and then adhered that to some thick chipboard I had in my stash. Thanks and have a wonderful day!
