Snowflakes & Coffee

Happy Friday! I hope your week has been going well. I’m over on the Topflight blog today with a quick and fun coffee card as part of the Coffee Lovers 2019 Fall/Winter Coffee Lover’s Blog Hop. To check out the Topflight Sponsor post click here.

For my card I used the IndigoBlu Snowflakes set and the Coffee Cup Washi from Alezandra Renke from the Katzelkraft set Coffee & Tea To Go.

I created my background using watercolor paper and Color Bursts in Sap Green and Terra Verte. I sprayed water on the paper after sprinkling the Color Burst powders. Once the background was dry, I stamped the snowflakes using my MISTI and white heat embossed them.

I then took the washi and used white paper as the baking since I didn’t want the green to show. I cut the strips and then attached them to my background with glue.

I love this washi tape and the watercolor look of the coffee cups. I then added the sentiment from Katzelkraft and white heat embossed it and used foam tape to adhere it to the card.
