CAS Card for the Flower Challenge

Happy October! This month we have another great challenge going on over at The Flower Challenge and this month celebrates cards using floral images in the Clean & Simple (CAS) card.

We have a PRIZE to give away again this month. The amazing Michele from CAS-ual Fridays stamps has generously agreed to give our lucky winner this month a prize of $25. All the Design Team have used CAS-ual Fridays stamps also on their cards. Michele very kindly gave us all some of her stamps to use on our cards.

CAS (Clean & Simple) cards are easy for some people but for me it was hard not to fill up the white space. So one main image, lots of ‘white’ uncluttered space. Here is my card for the challenge.

I started by stamping the Mon Ami flower from CAS-ual Friday with InkOn2 Fade Out ink to do no line water coloring with my Clean Color Real Brush Markers.

I used several color blends for my flowers, I love the varied colors in this flower. For the top I decided to use a gold pen and then add a drop of clear Nuvo drops on the top for a little dimension.

To finish my card, I added this great sentiment (I love the font) in Versafine ink. That’s it for my card and I hope you have a chance to play along with us at The Flower Challenge this month!
