I hope your summer is starting off well. Today I have a pretty gold card to share using a stencil from Erin Lee Creative.
I started off using Distress Oxide in Twisted Citron and Peacock Feathers and blending it out on Bristol Smooth paper. I love these two colors together. I then took some water and spritzed the paper and daubed it up, which gave the background some texture.
Once it was dry, I used the Winter Stencil stencil and some glitter paste. I love the gold on this background and these leaves are so pretty. While that was drying, I die cut 4 sets of love and used double sided adhesive to layer them together.
I added some shimmer pen to the love, since you can never have too much shine on a card. lol
For the “You” sentiment I used the Floral Peacock set and masked off everything except the you and white heat embossed it. I didn’t want it to get lost in the “love” die cut so I used a little vellum for the backing.
