A Slice of Happiness

I hope your week went well! It’s Friday and I’m over at the Topflight Stamps Blog with a yummy cake card!

The sentiments in this set are great and can be used for a variety of types of cards.

I started by stamping the cake image on some Bristol Smooth paper in InkOn Fadeout. I used my Zig Real Brush Marker Pens to color in the cake and added the candle. I then masked the cake and stamped the plate.

Once the image dried, I used a sparkle pen on the icing. I finished the card with some Nuvo Jewel drops and adhered the card to a sparkly pink card base. I used the same paper to highlight the clear embossed sentiment as well.
