I love coloring flowers and so when I saw this set from Mama Elephant, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. (plus it was on sale at Simon Says Stamp, so it was practically calling me to buy it.)
I started by stamping the image in my MISTI with Antique Linen Distress ink on some Bristol Smooth paper. I love using the MISTI to get a perfect image every time I stamp. Then taking out some Zig markers I started to watercolor the flowers with some pinks and yellows. I love the summer look these colors have.
Once everything was dry, I took a die and cut the panel and adhered it to a grey cardstock. I added a couple of clear sequins to add a little sparkle.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
