I’m playing along with The Ton’s March Challenge and decided to make a card for St. Patrick’s day.
I used the Dahlia Close Up and heat embossed it in Brutus Monroe Gilded on Bristol Smooth paper. I then took my Zig markers in lightly traced a four leaf clover and tried to color the inside a bit lighter. It doesn’t really show up but below is an example I tried with Color Bursts to give you an idea of what I was trying to do.
The four leaf clover became a little blurred after I sprayed it with some gold shimmer spray. But I still love the look.
I didn’t have a “Lucky” sentiment, so I took the Concord & 9th Sophisticated Script and Perfectly Planned stamped out the sentiment and embossed in clear embossing powder. I added some gold washi to highlight the gold embossing. Can you ever have too much gold?
And there you have it a fun spring card! Thanks for reading and have a lucky day!

I love the colors in this! I have the stamp but I’ve yet to use it. This sure makes me want to play with it!

It really is so fun. Coloring or just splashing some color and then stamping. Have fun!
